ALCHEME CLASSES

Welcome to our booking page! We use Gymcatch as our dedicated booking system. We run different types of Yoga, Pilates and Boxfit classes in our private studio - carefully tailored by our experienced instructors!

You have the flexibility to pay per session or choose from our bundle options. Sign up or to Gymcatch (free) and enjoy seamless class scheduling through the website or through the App. Once you’ve signed up, make sure to follow our gym, “Alcheme Wellbeing” to find our timetable. Contact us if you have any troubles signing up.

BOXFIT - BRING A FRIEND!

Join us for our 11:15 am BoxFit class on Sunday mornings — and bring a friend along at no extra cost!

  • Just comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and good energy! We provide mats and equipment for the class.

  • Absolutely! All our yoga, Pilates, and Box Fit sessions welcome every level — from total beginners to seasoned pros. We recommend starting with Restorative and Slow Flow yoga for total beginners. If you’re interested in starting your Pilates journey, join one of our All Ability Classes.

  • Yes! Our bundles give you full flexibility — you can mix and match between yoga, Pilates, and BoxFit.

  • You can reschedule or cancel your class through our booking system up to 24 hours before the class start time. If you miss this window, please contact us directly on wellbeing@alcheme.co.uk and we will assist you further!

  • Disclaimer: As an independent studio, we may need to cancel classes if no bookings are made at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us prevent last-minute cancellations and manage our schedule effectively. To ensure your spot, we recommend booking your classes in advance whenever possible. If you have any questions, please contact us here.
